1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use SARGOS to:
- Conduct or coordinate activities that are illegal, harmful, or violate the rights of others
- Store, transmit, or process data unrelated to search and rescue operations or emergency management
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data or to SARGOS systems and infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SARGOS platform or its components
- Use the platform to harass, stalk, or intimidate any person
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform without prior written authorization
- Circumvent or disable any security features, access controls, or usage limits
- Use the platform in a manner that could impair, overburden, or damage SARGOS infrastructure or interfere with other users' access
- Create accounts under false pretenses or misrepresent your organizational affiliation
2. Enforcement Actions
Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:
- Written warning to the organization administrator
- Temporary suspension of the offending account
- Permanent termination of the offending account
- Termination of the organization's subscription without refund
- Reporting to law enforcement if the violation involves illegal activity
We will make reasonable efforts to notify the organization administrator before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the safety or security of SARGOS users or systems.
3. Reporting Mechanism
If you become aware of a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to:

4. Changes to This Policy
